Shipping Policy

Delivery zones:
The shop currently ships across all of Europe.

Available shipping methods:

  • Standard: 3–5 business days

  • Express: 1–2 business days

  • Pickup point: 4–6 business days

Carriers:
Shipments are made via Bpost and Mondial Relay.

Shipping costs:

  • Free for all orders over €150 in Belgium

  • For orders under €150, costs are calculated at checkout based on the chosen delivery method

Parcel tracking:
A tracking number will be sent to the buyer by email as soon as the order ships.

Liability in case of delay or loss:
While we strive to meet the announced timeframes, Alain Mukendi cannot be held responsible for delays or losses beyond its control.

Customs and taxes:
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees applicable in their country.
